Refund policy

At Ginzaprescott, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us at ginzaprescott@outlook.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
